  • Are you using any massage oil?
    No, our chair massages are performed over clothing, and we do not use massage oil.
  • Are your massage therapists certified?
    Yes, our massage therapists are qualified and experienced. They also hold current first-aid certificates.
  • Where should the massage chairs go?
    Chairs require minimal space (6'x6'). A spare office or boardroom, any quiet, well-ventilated area, even open office spaces works perfectly.
  • What will happen the day of our massage event?
    Massage Therapist arrives 15-20 minutes early, sets up, and follows a schedule. They provide massages, pack up, and leave at the end of the event… simple is that!
  • How long should each chair massage be?
    Our chair massage sessions are typically 15-20 minutes, but we can adjust the duration to meet your company's needs. The duration depends on your company culture, event type, and budget.
  • Do employees need to undress for chair massages?
    No, chair massage is performed fully clothed, making it convenient and comfortable for employees.
  • Do the practitioners need coffee or lunch breaks?
    Yes… Massage is hard work! Just Relax will schedule appropriate breaks for the massage therapists throughout your massage. The break will be included in the schedule.
  • Which package should I choose?
    The package choice depends on the number of employees interested in receiving massages. A 2-hour package with 15-minute sessions per person typically covers 8 people, while a 3-hour package accommodates 12 people. If you have more employees interested, consider our larger packages, such as 4 hours for 15 people or 5 hours for 18 people.
  • Can chair massage be used as part of a wellness program for our employees?
    Yes, chair massage can be a valuable component of your company's wellness program. It promotes employee health and morale.
  • Can I get a massage at my desk?
    Our chair massages are designed to be given at a specially set-up massage chair, which provides the best experience. However, if you have a specific request, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • What is corporate chair massage, and how does it work?
    Corporate chair massage is a therapeutic massage provided to employees at their workplace. It's typically done in a special massage chair, and it focuses on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. Our experienced therapists visit your office and provide massages to your staff during scheduled sessions.
  • What measures are in place to ensure client safety during massages?
    Our therapists follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. They also conduct health assessments before each session to ensure client safety.
  • What is included in the cost of onsite massage?
    The cost usually covers administrative support, scheduling, equipment, ergonomic massage chair, setup, music, massage from qualified massage therapists, sanitizing supplies (single-use face cover, wipes to clean the chair), and practitioner breaks. Please note that parking fees are included in the cost if your company cannot provide free parking for the massage therapist.
  • What areas do you serve in New Zealand?
    We provide corporate chair massage services in Auckland and its surrounding areas at the moment.
  • Do massage therapists need to take a break between sessions?
    No. corporate chair massages are typically back-to-back. The therapists only need 30-60 seconds between employees to clean the chair and be ready for the next person. 10–30-minute breaks are generally scheduled throughout the day depending on how long your massage day is.
  • What do we need to provide?
    Just Relax will share sign-up sheets or online schedules, might you print it out and provide it to the massage therapist. Also show the room or space for the massage, direct her/him to the nearest restrooms. You'll need to encourage staff to sign up and provide a contact person for logistics.
  • Can I have more than one therapist?
    Absolutely! We can provide multiple therapists to ensure all your employees can enjoy chair massages. Just let us know your needs when booking.
  • Do you provide massage services for special events and conferences?
    Yes, we offer chair massage services for conferences, expos, events, and sport events. It's a great way to enhance attendee experience and promote well-being.
  • How much does a corporate chair massage session cost?
    Corporate chair massage is typically priced hourly. Pricing varies based on the number of therapists, session duration, and the size of your company. Just Relax will help you calculate the right duration based on your budget and employees. Our massage packages start minimum from 2 hours per therapist and can go up to 7 hours per therapist. Please contact us for a customized quote.
  • What if the massage therapist is not available (due to illness or holiday) on our regular massage day?
    In the rare event that your regular massage therapist is unavailable, we will do our best to provide a substitute therapist so that your scheduled massage sessions are not interrupted.
