Cancellation Policy for Just Relax Corporate Chair Massage

Each session must be pre-paid upon booking through our online booking calendar or upon receipt of an invoice.
 

The cutoff for bookings is the day before the scheduled massage day.

Cancellation on the scheduled massage day will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

If the massage day is rescheduled due to insufficient participation, individuals who have made bookings will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their session to the next available date.

Paid no-shows on the day of the massage will not receive a refund, and the Corporate Company will be charged for the no-show person's session.
